Inside Flow is a modern technique combining: yoga, dancing, music and emotions. Your body will sing a song and embody the energy of the music. You will consciously move through a vinyasa flow on beat by linking poses together and focusing on the transitions instead of the asanas itself. The flow class prepares you for a main song where movement, breath, heartbeat, music and emotions unites.

There is always a deeper message connected to the song. By sharing the story which stands behind, we create a safe space to simply be and feel, and to move through any stagnant energy. Inside Flow is a heart-opening practice, so you will feel liberated and light-hearted after the class. It also awakens the life force in the body. By flowing together as a group, we collectively raise our vibration therefore it’s an empowering experience indeed.

Useful info: In order to participate on an Inside Flow class we recommend to have min. 1-2 years of alignment based yoga asana practice.
