This is one of our signature workshops where we dive deep into the art of breathing. As a result, you will gain a vast knowledge about different breathing techniques which can help you to manage stress and regulate your nervous system through understanding the function of the vagus nerve and the diaphragm in your body. You will be guided to learn about Energizing, Balancing and Relaxing practices and later all the techniques can be applied in your everyday life.

The workshop is very practical and you will take away a useful toolbox including a variety of Pranayamas (breathing techniques) and exercises to improve your vagal tone and nervous system. We will focus not only on the traditional teachings but also on the scientific background and combining these approaches will lead you to a deeper level of understanding about your own breath.
